Tina Armstrong

Such a quick outfit to make! I took a bathing suit top and completely unmodified it. Used some American flag fabric, gold bias tape, and a few tricks, and here you go Tina Armstrong.

I actually made this to wear with a friend who became ill before the convention. I'm sad she didn't make it but the costume would have looked great with hers!
